This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The service can accept referrals for health advice and support for children and young people of statutory school age or age 5-19 years.
Our team have a page within BSO. Please click Health > School Nursing for up to date information. There is also the most up to date referral and referral guidance form for staff to download and use.
Although we no longer have a named nurse for every school, we do as a service remain available to support children and young people corporately across Bradford and Airedale. We encourage you to contact our Duty Team if you have any queries regarding a referral on 01274 221203.
