We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
The Application Support Team
The team are official ESS SIMS Support and Accredited Arbor Partners who offer training and support in various SIMS and Arbor modules.
We currently offer training by remote sessions or visits to schools. Training is covered in the support package you have purchased and non-subscribing schools may purchase training as required.
If you have any queries about training please contact us on 01274 439300, or email EducationICT.helpdesk@bradford.gov.uk
Bespoke on-site training can be delivered for your school.

Michelle McCormick worked in a Bradford primary school and brings school based SIMS knowledge to the team starting in 2009.
