Copyright Licences

The DFE are responsible for the below licences

• PPL - Phonographic Performance Limited Licence
• PRS - The Performing Right Society Licence
• ERA & ERA Plus Licences - The Educational Recording Agency Licences
• CLA - The Copyright Licensing Agency Licence
  • The CLA carry out data collection every 4 years in Bradford and a percentage of schools are selected each time.
  • Therefore schools may only come across this every 12 years.  ​​​​​​
