Bradford Young in Covid film: Routes to Recovery

Over the last year, young people from the District have worked with the Khidmat Centre to produce a film documenting their experiences of the pandemic over the last three years and the effect it has had on many of our young people.

On the 3rd anniversary of the week of the first lockdown, Khidmat Centres & partners have released this sequel to the initial multi-award winning covid film -Young in Covid: The Silent Pandemic.

Young in Covid II: Routes to Recovery, further explores the challenges for young Bradfordians coming through the pandemic & gives an honest and emotive account on how lockdown and Covid have impacted the lives and futures of young people living in Bradford & what they see as solutions to their recovery.

Over the last week, the young people involved in producing the film have been on a whirlwind media tour - being interviewed on Sky News, BBC News and Channel 4 as well as in the local media.
