Changes to 'BTS' email address

All Built Environment mailboxes addresses (with the exception of ECCU and ISG) have changed from the former BTS (Building and Technical Services) prefix to the new BE (Built Environment) prefix.

Emails to previous mailboxes will automatically be re-directed to the new ones.

Mailboxes belonging to The Energy Team (ECCU) and ISG are currently under review and will most likely change within the near future.  

The important thing to note is that the Helpdesk BEhelpdesk@bradford.gov.uk remains as the main mailbox for all enquiries/requests for Built Environment.

Any SLA enquireis should either be sent to BE@bradford.gov.uk or direct to razwana.mahmood@bradford.gov.uk
