We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
The Linking Network works with children and young people to build relationships with people they might otherwise not meet – people of different ages, ethnicities, religions and backgrounds – through providing resources, teacher training on SMSC, School Linking and Intergenerational Linking.
The SMSC Network is for any local Secondary teacher who leads SMSC in their school. The network meets several times a year, often via Zoom. Meetings last approximately 1 hour and cover a range of issues identified by teaching staff. You do not need to be a linking school to attend meetings.
The network next meets on Thur 29th September from 3:45-4:45pm via Zoom.
Please get in touch if you'd like to attend liz.firth@thelinkingnetwork.org.uk
