Children’s Picture Competition to design our new children’s library card to celebrate
150 Years of Bradford Libraries.
Bradford Libraries will be 150 years old (1872 to 2022) on the 15th June 2022. To help us celebrate we’d like children from Bradford schools to design a new children’s library card. It can be anything to do with books; reading; going to the library;
family visits; seeing authors; story times; using the PC’s; class visits; summer reading challenge; special moments …
The picture needs to be:
- A5 Landscape
- Colourful using felt tips; paints or pencils. Think bold.
- The use of text in pictures should be limited to one; two or three words.
- Each picture must have the form below attached by staple in the far left-hand corner. Entries without the entry form attached will not be considered.
The competition is open to children from 4 to 11 years old (Reception to Y6). By entering the competition, the child and parent/carer are agreeing that artwork selected can be used by Bradford Libraries.
