We started the apprenticeship to open up a career in law to school leavers who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to do so. We are committed to encouraging diverse routes into the legal profession. The introduction of an alternative from the usual university
route means that we can welcome applications from a much wider range of candidates from different backgrounds.
Our law apprenticeships in Leeds and Bradford are aimed at bright candidates who have completed their A levels but would prefer a more practical way of gaining qualifications rather than going to university.
You need great determination, as well as the ability to work and learn at the same time.
The apprenticeship involves working with us full time, as well as studying at college one evening a week to gain the Chartered Legal Executive qualification.
We welcome candidates who have shown determination to overcome challenges, and particularly those who are the first member of their family to apply to higher education (excluding older siblings).
