Does your school want to share best practice about your food vision? The food children and young people eat on a day to day basis affects their learning, and schools need to set the stage for health for every individual.

Jamie Oliver Ltd are involved in the School Food Review Working Group, which brings together representatives of schools, caterers, campaigning groups, governors, academics and school business managers to build the case for a review of school food in England.

The aim of the review is to ensure our school food system makes it as easy as possible for schools and their catering teams to set the stage for health for every pupil, from every background. 

 

The School Food Review Working Group has been building a case to Government about what needs to be done, to improve school food for everyone. 

The Department for Education is keen to hear from school leaders who will be willing to get behind the concept of schools sharing their school food vision and progress annually, to share best practice, incentivise a whole school approach to food and raise the bar across the system.
