Pupil exclusion forms have been updated on BSO for all notifications to the Exclusions Team for Permanent Exclusions and for suspension where pupils miss a public examination or national curriculum test.

Please use the updated forms where required. We will continue to pull all other suspension notifications through from the data systems.
