How do I update my email address on BSO?

It is important to ensure the email address attached to your BSO account is kept up to date. This ensures you receive any comms (i.e. password resets, weekly news roundup, file notifications) sent to you via BSO.

Follow these steps to update your email address:

  1. Login to BSO
  2. Click the arrow next to your name from the right
  3. Click 'Update User Details'
  4. You will be presented with a form to update your Firstname, surname and email address - enter your correct details
  5. click Update

Please note to return to the Welcome back page (displayed when you first login) simply click on your name from the top right.
