The documents below are the Authority's revised & re-issued documents, following the consultation, which was completed in October 2018. The provisions within the amended documents are effective from 1 January 2019. These documents were approved by Governance & Audit Committee on 29 November 2018.

The Guide to Financial Procedures is a key document for schools, which describes in full the requirements, the statutory framework and expected good practice, which accompanies the delegation of budgets to schools.
