This aims to make it easier to identify tools, resources and services to support the children and young people in your settings. This is the first in a series of documents which will be developed in collaboration with schools, children and young people, and partners over the coming months. 

As this is the first release, your feedback would be most appreciated. Please let Healthy Minds know at wellbeing@bradford.nhs.uk if there is anything missing, or if you have any comments or suggestions about how we can make this resource better. You will also see us at meetings, events and workshops over the next few weeks, so please do let us know how we can make this as useful as possible.
