Celebrating Arts and Culture in Schools – Special Events for Teachers

CapeUK is offering a FREE chance for you to find new ways to creatively raise attainment and engagement as well as the chance to hear from a keynote speaker from the Royal Shakespeare Company’s latest Yorkshire-based project.

Julia O’Keefe is working with the RSC right here in the heart of Yorkshire and the Humber and will be inspiring you to make creative connections to cross-curriculum learning through Shakespeare and drama – and telling you all about the exciting work on a three-year project in Bradford and the opportunities for it to develop.

The celebration events are for teachers and will take place in Leeds at the Carriageworks on 19th March or in Sheffield at the Crucible Theatre on 20 March, between 9.45am and 2.15pm. We’ll also be celebrating the achievements of schools that have achieved Artsmark Round 12 and 13.
