West Yorkshire Police are running FREE webinars on cyber security.

Following great feedback from the guests who attended webinars on cyber security earlier this month, West Yorkshire Police officers Rob Cowgill and Neil Marshall from the force's Cyber Crime Team are putting on more sessions up to the end of term.

In the webinar, Police Officers Rob Cowgill and Neil Marshall from West Yorkshire Police’s Cyber Crime Team will cover the topics of;

·         Current Cyber Security Threats,

·         Advice on how to mitigate those threats,

·         Identifying risk in young people,

·         Early intervention and resources available to promote positive learning.

Anyone interested in attending the sessions should contact Rob on c25@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk or neil on neil.marshall2@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk specifying the date they would like to attend. They will then send a the link to the event.

The hour-long webinar on Tuesdays is aimed at those within the teaching profession and Wednesdays for those in other sectors but there is flexibilty.

The available session times are;

Tuesday 30th June, 10 – 11am

Wednesday 1st July, 10-11am

Tuesday 7th July, 10-11am

Wednesday 8th July, 10-11am

Wednesday 15th July 10-11am
