Building and Technical Services SLA

SLA Prices for extended contracts will be frozen for the length of the contract and invoicing of the SLA will not occur until June, however, due to  additional resources being allocated for the processing of SLA’s, the online registrations must be completed by the end of March 2020 to enable essential servicing to be organised.   

As it is an upgraded system, customers who already have extended contracts in place with BTS (but have not yet registered on the new system) are asked to re-register using the link below.  BSO logon will be required as the two systems are linked.   Administrators will, however, amend those extended records to ensure that existing frozen prices and agreements are carried forward to the new system.  Registration can be completed by going to the website https://bts.bradford.gov.uk/about-us/about-us/sign-up-to-our-sla/ and clicking on ‘sign up for a new school SLA account’ of by going to the buildings section on BSO https://bso.bradford.gov.uk/content/property-management and clicking on the SLA link within the content.
