An introduction to a Signs of Safety method and strength based approach in Bradford

Come along and join us for a Signs of Safety Overview Session that will support your learning and development. 

 

Course description:

An introduction workshop to the Sighs of Safety model of assessment. This will be of interest to those who have heard about Signs of Safety, but wish to gain an understanding into the model or refresh their skills and knowledge. To gain an overview into the Signs of Safety model of Assessment. Learners will be able to : - Use the 3 columns to work through a case - Understand how to create a basic danger statement and safety goal -       Understand the value of scaling questions

 

Includes:

SOS in Context;  Practice Principles;  Assessment & Planning ;  Danger Statements & Safety Goals

Voice of the Child;  Words and Pictures;  Scaling Questions and Scoring
