We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
Bradford City Council is working in partnership with ShredCare to offer a free, one off, on-site shredding service until 30th November 2019
With the recent changes to data protection and increased penalties for failure to look after your data under GDPR there has never been a better time to review your current data disposal process. To make a start and aid compliance, Bradford Council have partnered with ShredCare to offer our region a free, one-off confidential shredding service. ShredCare will attend your premises with their state of the art shredding vehicles and destroy your first 30 sacks/boxes of paper and 50 hard drives for free – for additional sacks/drives, contact ShredCare for the current rates. Once the work is complete you'll be issued with a destruction certificate - proof you've disposed of your data compliantly. ShredCare representatives will discuss the service with you in more detail when they visit and can advise on on-going data disposal solutions. To book your free collection, or for more information, contact ShredCare on 0800 091 0000 or at bradfordcouncil@shred.care They will discuss your requirements, talk you through the process and agree a convenient time for your collection.
