?The Service's Health Trainers support and coach people to set and achieve SMART goals that can help improve physical, mental and social health and well being. They can help with losing weight, getting fitter, eating healthier, feeling happier and more
relaxed.
What do I need to do?
If you want to make a positive lifestyle or behaviour change then Health Trainers are ready to support and encourage you. You will need to call the Health Trainer Helpdesk on 01274 322666. Then you will meet with a Trainer for six sessions who will help
you to set realistic goals for achieving health improvements.
This Service is open to anyone over 16 living in Bradford and Airedale, and here are some of the comments made by people who have used the service:
