All the World’s a Stage! Shakespeare Workshops for Y5, Y6 and Y7 @ Bradford Libraries
Bradford Libraries are delighted that we can offer schools three Shakespeare workshops for children from Years 5, 6 and 7, as part of the Celebrating Shakespeare Programme 2016.
All the World’s a Stage! Workshop with John Kirk
The children will take part in three of Shakespeare’s most celebrated stories:
Romeo and Juliet, Henry V and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
The aim is to get a better understanding of some of Shakespeare’s most enduring speeches and learn about Shakespeare’s verse and try out some of his insults all under the guidance of John Kirk.
There are three workshops, suitable for children from Years 5, 6 and 7. We have places for 40 children at each session from two schools. We will offer one place (20 children max) per school. Workshops are free of charge.
