Access to tubers and seeds

The warm weather is prompting many schools to think about growing vegetables on site, or re-visiting their existing plots.

The Bradford Community Environment Project (BCEP) is a charity based in Bradford, working with many schools and settings on environmental education, sustainability and sc hool site development, including food growing. They presently have access to seed potato tubers at very low cost, and also free pea and bean seeds. Email BCEP on to enquire about availability and costings. Remember, stocks are limited, so this will be on a first come first served basis.
