West Yorkshire Police is committed to working with our partner agencies to ensure primary and secondary school children enjoy a smooth transition back into the classroom, when all schools open following the latest lockdown period from Monday 8 March.
You may notice increased police presence at key times of the school day. The officers are there to engage with parents, children and school staff as well as provide reassurance and a point of contact for them.
