Developed by FM Catering Services (FM), this simple to use app is replacing all our school specific printed menu flyers. Customers will be able to instantly discover what is on the menu in school on any given day.
Plus, there will be lots of other easily accessible information from the 'Scores on the Doors' of the kitchen through to information on the nutritional breakdown and any allergens, for each of the dishes FM provide.
At FM, we’re committed to improving the environmental impacts of our operations. So introducing the app is one of many measures that will help us achieve our environmental sustainability goals.
This service development alone means that we’ll stop the printing of 90,000+ flyers each year, reducing our carbon footprint by eliminating the paper usage, the chemicals and processes used in the printing process, and the delivery of these flyers to schools
across the district.
We have attached an electronic poster which is supplied in pdf and png formats to allow ease of use on school websites. The poster informs parents/carers of the app and how to access it / download it onto their electronic device.
