Regional conference - Belfast

Moving Outdoors: enhancing physical development through children's natural play
with Jan White, Clare Devlin, Joan Henderson

This regional conference focuses on enhancing opportunities for movement and physical development through using the outdoor environment to its full potential. The two keynotes examine why movement and physicality is so important for the children in our care and how to create these enriching environments within the space afforded to your setting. The workshops will help you to further develop how to plan for and observe ways in which physical development can be enhanced, and how to expand the range of activities and opportunities to maximise learning and outcomes, framed within the context of the current curriculum.
