Launch of the Bradford Schools' Literacy Pledge

Please see below information regarding the launch of the Bradford Schools' Literacy Pledge from Imran Hafeez, Bradford Hub Manager / Oracy Hub Manager (Transition).

Dear Headteacher,

It would be my pleasure to host your company at a schools' breakfast meeting at City Hall (Banqueting Suite) on Friday 12 January from 8:30-10:30am to mark the launch of the Bradford Schools' Literacy Pledge. The schools' pledge represents a renewed vigour to support the effort of raising levels of literacy for the most disadvantaged.

The meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about the schools' pledge and discover a range of ways the National Literacy Trust Hub and its partners in Bradford can support your school. The pledge aims to bring together and share existing good practice amongst schools and develop new partnerships going forward to fulfil your unique school's pledge. Each will be unique and tailored to individual need and support the hub to reach all Bradford schools.

Join us in sharing and discovering new ways of working together. For more information including invitation letter and details please see the links below. We look forward to meeting you and in the meanwhile if you want to have a chat on the phone or arrange a meeting please get in touch on 07736 280 323 or email at imran.hafeez@literacytrust.org.uk

Best wishes

Imran
