Early Years Leader’s Briefings Summer 2017

Excellent opportunity to meet with like-minded professionals and debate Early Years learning and care. The forums are part of the Local Authority’s role to ensure our youngest children receive high quality services in the district.

These sessions are for leading practitioners to find out about and contribute to relevant local and national developments and to reflect on current leadership issues within the sector.

At the sessions the following items will be discussed:-
  • Local Authority updates and priorities
  • Integrated Early Years Strategy – Physical Activity - Please bring examples and be prepared to share how you implement your policies for food/drink and physical activity
  • Early Years Development in Bradford (EYDiB)
For some time now, we have been looking at ways to help analyse children’s development.

The aim of the EYDiB project is to help providers collect assessment data for children in their setting on a regular basis to assess children’s development and work in partnership with the LA to further support their learning needs.

Please choose your preferred session and book your place through Bradford Council’s Learner Management System, Learn and Develop with Bradford.
