On completiton of the course participants will:
Understand different migrant groups and different routes of entry to the UK
Understanding of Rights and entitlements of different migrant groups to services
Understand the patterns of migration in Bradford and Yorkshire and the impacts this has on service delivery
Understand some of the difficulties country migrants may face integrating in Yorkshire and how statutory and voluntary services can respond to these challenges
Hear a first-hand account of the barriers migrants face when accessing services and explore ways to overcome these barriers
