The School Nursing service has not been reviewed for many years. With the transfer of the service, we have the chance to look at the service and make sure it is meeting the needs of the children and young people across the district.
We are therefore asking people to complete a survey, telling us their views about the School Nursing Service.
All schools were sent a letter in September asking them to nominate a representative from their school to help with this important review of a key service for young people and children. So far 60 schools have nominated a representative and are working with
staff, young people and parents to fill in these surveys.
Please note that the questionnaire only refers to the School Nursing service. It does not relate to staff such as First Aiders employed by the school.
If you or your school would like to contribute to this review then please contact
