FUTURE IN MIND SCHOOLS SURVEY
The Government has responded to concerns about addressing Children and Young People’s Mental Health by developing the Future in Mind Strategy, which was published earlier this year. The NHS is leading a review with key partners to review current services
to support mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and young people across the district and will set out out a vision and delivery plan to make mental health services more efficient and effective in the future.
As part of this review we are asking each school in the District to complete a brief survey to ensure that this review and the Transformation Plan builds on the expert knowledge and understanding that education professionals share and addresses the concerns
about the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of their pupils.
It is vital that your views are represented. We will use the survey to understand whether, across the district, we have the right level of services in place to support the mental health needs of children and young people. You can access the survey for
schools ion the District from here:

Please submit your response as soon as possible.
Please contact Philippa Grace - 01274 385794/07582 109126 or Graham Hutton - 07582 100162 for details of future Focus Groups.
Many thanks
