The Information Shops for Young People offer information, advice and support to young people aged up to 25 on anything that affects their lives. These include:
- Employment & Training
- Housing & Homelessness
- Money & Benefits
- Free Time Activities
- Family Planning & Sexual Health
- Justice & Your Rights
Young people are welcome to drop in or ring us at any time during shop opening hours (see below), or email us if they prefer. All our services are free and confidential and we have rooms where young people can chat to us, in private, if required.
We have lots of information available to young people and also provide free access to computers and telephones. We'll either help young people (or an adult speaking to us on their behalf) directly or tell them the best place to get help.
In addition to the support provided by staff from the Information & Advice Team, we also host drop-in services that provide specialist help to young people in relation to Housing, Benefits, Debt, Relationships, Smoking Cessation, Family Planning & Sexual
Health. There are two Information Shops for Young People, one in Keighley and one in Bradford. Both are co-located alongside our partners
