Coun Susan Hinchcliffe, Portfolio Holder for Education, Skills and Culture, said: "I'm pleased that the Keighley Children's Centre Services are now being launched. There's been a lot of hard work to make sure the offer to parents and children is the best
it can be. I’d encourage parents to come along to one of the welcome events to meet the staff and find out more about how they can get involved.”
