School Building Project Training Workshop

This free workshop will include everything schools need to know about how to manage and control their school building projects. Information will include:

 Key Principles:

  • How to manage and control school building projects
  • Help schools to understand the need for proper project planning
  • Understand schools' financial, legal and H&S obligations
  • Help schools to avoid taking unnecessary risks and avoid making costly mistakes
  • Consider how buildings can improve behaviour, attainment, achievement and enhance the school’s reputation through improved facilities
  • Sign posting to the right experts and professionals to support project development

 

The workshop will include a series of brief presentations with some exercises and time for Q&A
