Most Bradford schools, (c75% including Academies and Free Schools), discharge their responsibilities for ensuring the health and well-being of pupils off site on educational visits by subscribing to the Educational Visits Advisory Service.
Those who do not are required to have arrangements in place which are at least as robust as those offered by the Local Authority. A service description can be found here.
As an introductory offer, schools not presently subscribing are invited to subscribe for this term only for a flat rate fee of £50. Subscription will automatically renew in April at the appropriate annual rate (see Service description) unless you give two months notice of your intention to unsubscribe. For further information or an informal discussion, please contact Jim Hughes jim.hughes@bradford.gov.uk Tel: 01274 385585.
