The Admissions Team process the Annual Allocations to Reception and Year Seven, In-Year Applications and also the Appeals Procedure.

We offer advice to parents and other agencies regarding all admission and appeal related enquiries.

We also provide advice and guidance to schools concerning current and new legislation relating to admissions and ensure that the statutory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Admissions and Appeals Code of Practice.

Co-ordinated Admission Scheme - In Year 2021-2022

 

► Fair Access Protocol (FAP)

All Local Authorities are required to operate a Fair Access Protocol (FAP) which ensures that school places are secured quickly for most vunerable children who are missing education and to ensure that all schools in an area admit their fair share of pupils with significant challenging behaviour.  The protocol has been developed in line with DfE requirements as set out in the 2009 School Admissions Code and following consultation with the Admissions Forum and headteachers.

School Admission Appeals
