The summer holidays are fast approaching and children will be spending more time outdoors. Now is a crucial time to remind pupils how to be safe near the road.
Below is a link to a road safety lesson plan including a short film. The film is usually shown to Year 3 pupils as an introduction to the Pedestrian Training Course we run in schools. It can be shown now as a reminder of the skills taught during the course and to reinforce these important messages prior to the summer holidays Pedestrian Training Film Lesson Plan.
