Each school is allowed to submit a maximum of four acts to the semi-finals, the dates of the:
Semi-Finals:
- Primary: Friday 24th February 2023
- Secondary: Friday 3rd March 2023

Finals:
- Primary: Friday 10th March 2023
- Secondary: Friday 17th March 2023
All start at 6pm and will be announced shortly and will be held at Bradford Girls' Grammer School, Squire Lane, Bradford, BD9 6RB.
Everyone who performs will receive the City of Bradford Festival of Talent Medal and certificate, each finalist will receive a certificate and the two winners, (one in each age group), will receive a trophy to keep outright, as will both runners-up.
The winners will be invited to bring their parents and teachers to City Hall for tea with the Lord Mayor, and there will be opportunities for further public performances in association with the Music and Arts Service and other agencies.
