To be completed by: 15:00

Time: Mon 12 Oct 2026 10:00-15:00 | Venue: Bradford Art Centre

Join us for a free Transition to the Reception conference for early years educators!

Successful transitions don’t happen by chance. They take careful planning, shared vision, and strong collaboration between families, childminders, nurseries, and school staff.

Join us for this free Bradford focused event to celebrate the brilliant practice taking place across our district and explore how we can work together to give every child a confident start to Reception and the Best Start in Life.

  • Cheryl Warren (Early Years Consultant & Author) – Leading two sessions on neurodiversity-affirming practice and delivering a confident start to school for all learners.
  • Our local speakers Phillippa Degnan (Bradford Schools & Learning Team), Chloe Storr & Nicole Towers (50 Things to Do Before You're Five), Adam Bagherin (Lilycroft Nursery School) will ground these ideas in the Bradford context, sharing practical tips to enhance transition practices across your settings.
