Please remind families of year 6 pupils that if they have not yet completed the following supplementary forms, they need to do so before 3.30pm on 30 September 2026.

The assessment supplementary form for Dixons City and / or Dixons Kings academies.

The cricket place supplementary form for Dixons McMillan, Dixons Trinity and / or Dixons Trinity Chapeltown academies.
