The Annual SEND Survey is out and we'd like for you to share it with your families who have a child with an additional needs and/or disability living in Bradford district - deadline is 19 December 2025. This is a great opportunity to give your feedback to help improve services.

Following on from last year's survey which provided helpful feedback this year the survey has expanded to include services such as Short Breaks and Early Help.

If you have accessed educational, health, social care or short breaks sevices for your child or a young person this is your chance to tell us what you think. 

You can also win a £30 gift voucher.
