The team have been working hard over the last few months to continue collecting data from secondary schools across the Bradford district to improve the lives of young people.
We have been collaborating with 22 schools so far this year completing launch assemblies, questionnaires, health measures, brain games and enhanced skills workshops for years 8, 9 and 10.
As of February half term, we have completed:
A huge thank you to the schools that have already welcomed us! If your school is still interested, there’s space available for the rest of the academic year—get in touch at
ageofwonder@bthft.nhs.uk to find out more!
By joining, you’ll receive your own Data Dashboard in September, providing valuable, evidence-based insights into your students' mental health, social, and environmental data. This data compares your students to the Age of Wonder cohort and national averages,
helping guide policies and target key areas of need.
We’re also thrilled to announce the next phase: Post-16! We’re expanding the project to all young people in the Bradford district. After piloting in 4 colleges/sixth forms this year, we’re opening up to all colleges and sixth forms next year. If you’re an
SLT member at a Bradford college or sixth form, we’d love to hear from you!
We’ll continue working with secondary schools for the rest of this year, and we’re already looking ahead to the 2025/26 academic year to schedule data collection sessions.
