What is "Bounce Planet" and how does it work?
‘‘Bounce Planet’ is an outdoor inflatable event consisting of 2 activity arenas with 4 x inflatable activities for over 5s and 4 x inflatable activities for under 5s!
Both arenas are open from 11:00 – 15:00 and are supervised by our staff with participants free to access the arenas throughout the whole day with a unique ‘Bounce Planet’ wristband, available to buy at just £5 each for unlimited access throughout
the day.

Each arena would accommodate approx. 30/40 children at any one time for a maximum 10/15 mins period dependant on numbers. After this period of time the children can return to the activity arena as many times as they like throughout the day.
Why "Bounce Planet" would help with fundraising at your School?
With it becoming increasingly more difficult for Schools to fund these type of events out of what are already tight budgets, we have decided to offer Schools this alternative option available on weekends in summer. This option would mean that there is no
cost to the host School, with costs ultimately being absorbed by parents / carers in the way of our "Bounce Planet" wristband sales at £5 on the day. Wristbands would be sold out of our event tent of which the proceeds of the
sales would hopefully cover our costs. An event of this size would normally cost Schools in the region of £2k - £2.5k given the amount of resources and staff we need to run it. We would hope to attract somewhere in the region of approx 400-500 pupils / siblings
/ friends to ensure that our costs are covered on the day.
The host School would then benefit from the sale of their own refreshments, food and other stalls etc depending on how big you wanted to go with it. We are aware that there are other commercial outlets where parents / carers can take their children for a
similar experience but we feel that our unique "Bounce Planet "offer allows children to be in a familiar more affordable local setting with their friends, without having to worry about transport etc and any anti social issues that may arise
outside of a school setting.
There is also the option to sell our unique "Bounce Planet" wristbands to parents / carers at an agreed cost over and above the £5. An example of this would be at a cost of £6 would then achieve a £1 profit or £7 would then achieve a £2
profit for the host School per wristband sold, with our service still retaining the agreed £5 per wristband sold. This arrangement would be beneficial to the host School in that they would have a guaranteed income before any refreshments or food etc are sold.
