Take the Mic 2: What is a Healthy Mind?

 Common Space, Bradford, BD1 3JT /  Wednesday 5 February 2025

 Join us for Take the Mic 2 on 5 February 2025, from 6 to 8pm at Common Space, Bradford, for an inspiring evening of creativity and mental health awareness.

This unique event, hosted by Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership, All Star, Bradford College, Common Wealth, and Youth in Mind, celebrates the voices of young people as they share their mental health journeys through music, poetry, rap, art, and more.

Take the Mic 2 will provide a powerful platform for self-expression and highlight the importance of mental health support. We are also promoting the Healthy Minds website (www.healthyminds.services) as your first step to mental health support in Bradford District and Craven. This event will shine a light on the importance of open conversations about mental health.
