Over the last 16 months, Exceed Academies Trust has embarked on its journey to better understand and start to utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI) in aspects of our work. We've taken positive steps forward, especially in considering how we help leaders and
teachers to take their own first steps to reduce workload, and more recently, enhance teacher quality and to personalise learning.
As well as having our lived experience, we've created resources that we will make available to help other schools and trusts to take their own first, or next, steps with AI. In addition, we know we would benefit from the support of other schools and trusts
to help us to go even further. Our collective experience and capacity could be a powerful resource for us all.
Therefore, we have created and scheduled a free conference for senior leaders, hosted by the University of Leeds, on Friday 28th February 2025 to share our journey, to help
others to take their first or next steps, and to form a peer support community of likeminded school and trust leaders.
