Run by our Deputy Headteacher Andrew Wilkinson, who has over 20 years' experience using drama pedagogy across KS1 and KS2. You will explore 2 popular texts and develop an understanding of how to use drama conventions in your own curriculum.

The course will help you support both your lower achieving children and your greater depth writers by giving them a meaningful context for their learning and a reason to write.

You'll receive exemplar planning for the 2 stories explored in the workshop and have an opportunity to connect with other local schools.

Judged Outstanding by Ofsted in February 2024 we are an evolving, creative, language, rich research informed school. We would love to share our practice with you and hear all about your school.

The workshop is suitable for ECTs, classroom teachers, English leads, senior leaders.
