Skills for Work deliver the following:
We offer a free recruitment service, advertising your vacancy through the national apprenticeship service website, to our partner organisations plus our pool of learners and we carry out all pre-interviews and assessments, saving you time, money and resources. We match people to your Job description and specification and give you a few candidates to interview as part of the recruitment process. We can also deliver apprenticeships to existing members of staff, not just new recruits. Helping you upskill your current members of staff for development opportunities, giving new skills and qualifications.
Incentives (New recruits only)
Youth Incentive: the youth incentive is also still available, this includes the £1,000 incentive to employers for hiring an apprentice: aged 16 to 18 years old or under 25 with an education, health and care plan or who has been in the care of their local authority.
