An incredible opportunity for pupils to enter 2 competitions, designing a T-shirt for the Bradford City players to warm up in and entering a raffle to win a matchday mascot and guard of honour experience during our Community Takeover fixture vs Accrington Stanley on November 23rd

We would like to inform you of two fantastic opportunities for primary school pupils across Bradford as part of the Community Foundation's matchday takeover on Saturday 23rd November, when Bradford City host Accrington Stanley at Valley Parade.

Firstly, we are hosting a shirt design competition, where pupils get the opportunity to design a t-shirt that the Bradford City players will warm up in before the beginning of the match. All pupils are free to design a shirt - we are asking schools to select their Top 3 Favourite Designs to return to myself via email. The players will then choose their favourite entry as the winner, with the successful artist winning 100 FREE match tickets for their school for the takeover day alongside a visit from a Bradford City Men's 1st Team player!

We would love to see plenty of classes getting involved, please feel free to post and tag us on social media if your pupils design their t-shirts in class - @bcafc_cf and using the following hashtags #CommunityFoundation #CommunityTakeover

Shirt design worksheet.

*Please note that we must receive your Top 3 entries by Friday 25th October so that we have time to create the shirts for the players!*

Secondly, we are running a raffle to win a matchday mascot and guard of honour experience! Highlights include a full stadium tour, greeting players as they arrive, taking pre-match pictures in the 'home' dugout, mascot names appearing on the scoreboard and a picture with both captains in the centre circle just before kick-off. Further information and raffle tickets can be purchased here: Mascot Competition - £5 Raffle Entry | BCAFC-Portal

If you have any questions about either of the above competitions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hopefully, some of your pupils might find this an exciting/enjoyable opportunity!
