We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
We have commissioned Good Egg Safety (GES) to deliver 25 car seat checking events in West Yorkshire. Please can you help promote these by sharing the website and social media tiles online and printing and displaying the posters attached.
Good Egg Safety data shows that around two thirds of car seats for children are incorrectly fitted and, in areas of deprivation; it is even higher.
The website link below has the car seat checking events by district.
