Effective Transitions for Children with SEND in the Early Years

This training will be delivered virtually by MS Teams on 12th June 2024 between 6.15pm and 7.15pm. A link to the training will be sent shortly prior to the training date.

Aim of the training:

  • Practitioner to have knowledge of strategies and approaches to support effective transitions for all children with SEND.
  • To introduce practitioners to supporting documents to help aid the transition process for practitioners, children and parents.

This session will be delivered by two Early Years Specialist Practitioners and an Access and Inclusion Officer.

There will be a 15 minute opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
