Skills for Work are part of Bradford Council and the Council’s preferred training provider. We are an established adult skills training provider. Our provision and training is individually designed to meet your needs and is delivered by friendly, helpful
staff that will support you and your employees throughout the training.
We provide a range of customised training services to meet the workplace skills needs of schools and employees.
Our experienced and highly qualified staff deliver workplace training such as
- vocational training and qualifications,
- English, math’s, Digital Skills and English for speakers of other languages - ESOL)
- Skills for Life and other bespoke training packages.
Our courses available include:
- Functional Skills, English and Maths from entry level up to Level 2,
- ESOL
- Digital Skills
- Numeracy, “Multiply,” courses for those not confident with maths.
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 and Level 3
- Food Safety in Catering Level 2

We are delivering in many schools across the district to staff, volunteers and parents/guardians. We are also delivering these in our training Centre, Chapel Street in Little Germany, Bradford Centre.
