Are you looking for your next Apprentice or have a member of staff who wants to gain a qualification related to their role? Skills for Work can help you.

Skills for Work are part of Bradford Council and the Council’s preferred training provider. We are an established apprenticeship training and Adult Skills training provider. Our provision and training is individually designed to meet your needs and is delivered by friendly, helpful staff that will support you and your employees throughout the apprenticeship and training.

Apprenticeships can be delivered to existing members of staff and new recruits. We are the preferred supplier of apprenticeships to Bradford Council and we are currently working with a number of Council departments and schools helping and supporting managers promote apprenticeships to existing members of staff as well as new recruits.  This also supports with CPD, increasing staff retention and loyalty plus bringing fresh ideas to your Teams to improve productivity. 

 Skills for Work deliver the following Apprenticeships:

•                    Customer Service Levels 2 & 3

•                    Business Admin Level 3

•                    Team Leader Level 3

•                    Operations Management Level 5

•                    Public Service Operational Delivery Officer Level 3

•                    Associate Project Manager Level 4  

•                    Coaching Professional Level 5  

•                    Learner Mentor Level 3

•                    HR Support Level 3

Funding:

Apprenticeships are funded through the Apprenticeship Levy.  The Levy can be used to fund apprenticeship training and qualifications for existing staff. The employee must be working in a job role which is at the level of the qualification they wish to achieve.
